Mr. Arun Balakrishnan

Mr. Arun Balakrishnan is the former Chairman and Managing Director of one of India's largest oil refining and marketing companies - Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) ? a position he has held since April 1, 2007.   Prior to this, he held various positions in marketing, corporate, and HR functions across the country, including the Director of Planning, Oil Coordination Committee; General Manager, International Operations; and, Executive Director,Direct Sales.

Mr. Tom S Chackalackal

Mr.Tom Chackalackal, Vice-President Manufacturing, manages Ford India's integrated manufacturing facility at Maraimalai Nagar. In his previous role, he was the Asia-Pacific Group Plant Material planning Manager responsible for effectively managing the material flow for all the ford plants in the region.Chackalackal is a qualified Industrial Engineer and holds a diploma in Business Administration.

Dr. George Sleeba

George Sleeba has been the Joint Managing Director of V Guard Industries Ltd since June 1, 2010. Dr. Sleeba served as the Chairman and Managing Director of Fertilizers & Chemicals Travancore Ltd since July 31, 2007 until December 1, 2009 and its Director of Technical since November 22, 2006 until December 1, 2009. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in FACT in such positions as Executive Director (Marketing and HR) and GM (FEDO) & GM (R&D).

Padmabhushan Prof. N. S. Ramaswamy

Prof.N.S.Ramaswamy is the Chairman of Indian Heritage Academy and founder-director of NITIE, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and IIM-Bangalore, popularly referred to as CARTMAN, formerly Consultant to UN-FAO, UNIDO and UNESCO.

Dr. T.T. Narendran

He is the Head, Guidance and Counseling unit, IIT Madras for the last several years. During his tenure as the Head of the Department, he pioneered the introduction of the MBA programme at IIT Madras and worked tirelessly for its success.

Dr. B Mahadevan

Dr.B.Mahadevan has more than 15 years of wide ranging professional experience in teaching, research, consulting and academic administration at IIM Bangalore and other reputed academic institutions such as IIT Delhi and XLRI, Jamshedpur . He obtained M.Tech and Ph.D. from the Industrial Engineering and Management Division of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
